Kristina studied at St Clair College, where she graduated with Honours from the Occupational/Physiotherapist Assistant program. Additionally, she sought out further specialization by attaining her Personal Training certification.
Being passionate about her career, is an understatement. And it is her belief that by taking a full multidisciplinary team approach, that the client benefits as a whole. Through open communication, patience, expertise and attention to detail, the road to recovery transitions harmoniously.
Kristina has several years of experience working in adult care programs, long term care, clinics, hospitals, gyms and other community settings. And by doing so, she implemented numerous care plans pertaining to acquired brain injury, mental illness, developmental delay, chronic/acute injuries, as well as postoperative and orthopaedic rehab.
As an Occupational/ Physiotherapist Assistant, Kristina has worked alongside a variety of clients, and understands that wellness requires more than just attention to physical needs, but her client’s emotional needs as well.
By building a strong rapport though open communication, empathy, and persona; Kristina hopes to end each client’s day a little better than how it started.
In her downtime, she enjoys keeping active with recreational sports/ working out, cooking, cleaning and of course; spending time with family and friends.
